1. Shipping Overview

Shipping destination: United States

Order processing: 1–3 business days

Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after shipment

Total estimated timeframe: Approximately 6–11 business days, including processing

Shipping carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another established carrier.

Business days: Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays.

2. Shipping Rates

Orders $100.00 and up: Free

Orders $0.00–$100.00: $60.00

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping. Certain locations may be unavailable for delivery depending on carrier restrictions.

4. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

5. Delivery Times

Standard shipments generally arrive within 5–8 business days after shipment.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.

If a product has a different delivery timeframe, the information provided on the product page will apply.

6. Shipment Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once your order ships.

Tracking may take some time to become active after the carrier receives the package.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can assist with checking the shipment status.

If a shipment is confirmed as lost, we will work with the customer and carrier to determine an appropriate resolution.

8. Package Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Confirm your shipping address.
Check around your delivery location.
Check with household members, neighbors, or building management.
Contact the carrier for additional delivery information.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the package and product before disposing of the packaging.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@toptierpatiogear.com and provide your order number, photos, and a description of the damage.

We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, refund, or other resolution is appropriate.

10. Missing Items

If an item is missing from your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details of the missing item.

11. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact the customer regarding available reshipping options. Additional shipping charges may apply.

12. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

For eligible non-defective returns, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label when appropriate.
